All the mentions of nutmeg + ginger in this thread are making me want to mix that with orange....
Did you mix it? Please share! LOL!

Ahh yes the 4794 i have a slab in my cart to try as well.
I heard and was reading that the ky133 did have a bumpy texture in finished products. What had caught my attention with the ky133 was the cure time and basically not being any compared to 2 weeks that i normally wait.
Im going to read about the 4625 as well. Thank you
You're very welcome! Also, 4625 and 4794 don't require much of a cure time either. They are all paraffin waxes and supposedly don't need cure time but it's been my experience that even paraffin wax does better when cured. I hope this helps!

Hi Belinda! Do you like FB Pumpkin Sugared Doughnut better than their Cinnamon Sugared Donut? Also with the PSD do you smell heavy pumpkin spice? TIA!
I will have to go give them both a sniff but I do remember liking both of them. They are very similar though but I would still order both. The one from Aztec is good too. They have cinnamon sugared doughnuts. It smells the same as the one from FB to me.

I love gingerbread from NG and also spicy gingerbread from Aztec. Not sure if that's the same as gingersnap though.

6006 is way too soft to make molded tarts. I have used it in molds but it's very soft and doesn't hold up well like that. You would need to mix a pillar or votive wax with it. I prefer 4625 or 4794. You can also use either one of those by themselves for molded tarts. I do like KY 133 except it has ripples or bumps if I use it alone. Probably only bothers me but it does just the same LOL!

Hello Jerry! Good to have you on here.

I think you're wax just hasn't been hot enough for the oil to blend with it. You're using a great wax combo. I would add FO at 185-190, especially for heavy oils and vanilla's. That's just my opinion. Hope that helps!

@ShellyF, where are you finding all of these oils for such great prices? Are they in de stash groups on Facebook? Not that I need any more but it would be nice to get some for a great price LOL!

Zucchini bread is strong . I noticed Just Scent also has a Strawberry 🍓 White Cake , wondering if they're the same . Hope somebody that's tried both will chime in lol
sugar cookie dough was light OOB and light in wax too 😢
I've tried both strawberry white cakes and there really isn't much difference in my opinion. I was pleased with both.

Hi Belinda! Can I ask you what 2 pumpkin FO's from FB are the best throwers for you in parasoy?
Spiced Pumpkin Cider
Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin
Pumpkin Spiced Cheesecake
Pumpkin Spiced Donuts
Also, I wanted to see your thoughts on their Cookie Kitchen? Is it strong? How about their Iced Cranberry.... Thanks so much Belinda. EDIT: Ohhh... Also, for the Cinnamon Broom..... Do you prefer CS Cinnamon Stick or the Cinnamon Broom? I'm imagining the Cinnamon Broom smells more sweet than cinnamon Stick, do you think so?
I would say they're pumpkin scents are all about equal. I love all of them!
HMMM, I would have to sniff Cinnamon broom and Cinnamon stick. I'll get back with you on that but I think you're right, cinnamon broom seems like it's a little sweeter. Both are good though.
Cookie Kitchen is ok. I've honestly had a pound of it for a long time and I think I"ve put it in wax once. I don't seem to remember anything special about it. I prefer their regular sugar cookie or Buttercream sugar cookie from JS or iced sugar cookie from ICS.
Iced Cranberry is strong to my nose!

Can you believe I never put it in wax and I have a whole pound of it? After I tried WSP their VBN, I never tried any one elses because WSP is totally awesome. Well today, I will put in wax because I do need to find one that will work for my established account. Paying 38.00 a pound is way too much and I have a price set for my established accounts. But I do have to have WSP VBN for me and friends...just have to.
Now FBuddies vbn is wonderful smelling and will do it today.
Trappeur
Let us know how you like it because I have a pound of it too but to me it smells weak OOB. After using Mrs Claus Cookies from NG I didn't even fool with VBN from FB. I trust your opinion though and might try it if you have good results!

@Belinda I'm sorry I missed Dark Knight. What do you smell from this one? Is it like a peppery smell or a men's cologne type of smell?
It's more of a men's cologne smell to me.

I'm near Tyler-I drove through Cleveland yesterday! I'll wave on my way back through
I'll be sure to wave back!
I'm actually 10 miles west of Cleveland off of Coldspring Road but we have a Cleveland address. We're in Shepherd school district though which is weird LOL! I work at the school in Shepherd. You'll go through that town too. It's about 12 miles north of Cleveland. Have a safe trip home!

I'm in TX too-I'm just praying to get out of the 90's! Thank goodness my customers are starting to order fall scents-maybe that'll bring cooler temps!!!!
I hope something does! LOL! I plan to pour some Fall scents today so maybe between the two of us we can bring on some cooler weather!
What part of Texas are you from? I've probably asked you this before but there are several on here that live in Texas and I can't remember who I've asked LOL! I'm in Cleveland, about 50 miles north of Houston.

I have to agree with Trapp. Fragrance Buddy's Mulberry is great and very strong! It reminds me of the Mulberry that was popular in the 80's that everyone was so crazy about.

I love:
Strawberry White Cake
White Cake
Apple brown Betty
Apple Fritter
Baked Apple
Be Thankful
Bear Claws
Blackberry Jam Butter Cookies
Boo Berry
Brown Sugar Pecan
Caramel Apple Bake-I didn't care for her caramel apple pie. For some reason every time I've used that oil it smells sour to me. I've bought it twice and got the same results.
Chocolate cream pie
Christmas Kitchen
Frosted Sugar Cookie
Sugar Cookie Dough
Count Chocula- just got this one in and love it OOB. Chocolate scents don't usually sell well for me though but I had to try it LOL!
Marshmallow Fluff-Just got this one in and it reminds me of RE's toasted marshmallow.
Lemon Meringue
Nana's Kitchen
Orange Caramel Cake
Pumpkin Harvest
Serendipity
Wildberry Mousse
Winter Berry
Zucchini Bread
I have several more but these are the ones that I've put in wax and liked.

What more I could ask for is the weather to go with that season. The humidity here just needs to leave lol.
I feel your pain! Texas humidity and heat is horrible! I'm so ready for cooler weather but around here it might be 30 one day and 80 the next and that can happen in December! I hate our weather here!

I think they're supposed to be bumpy. The ones I've made that are too smooth on top were usually melted looking.
@Sarah S, I've read to never put them in the freezer. I don't remember where but I do remember reading that. You can let them cool completely and they should come out of the cutters pretty easy. I've pushed them out a little warm and also completely cooled off.
I hope we all get the hang of this soon! I thought I had my process down and then BAM, aroma beads online changed their beads and it all seems like it's starting out for the first time! LOL!

I love these beads! I have baked with great results . It's been close to a month now & the freshners are still going strong. I love the way the beads soak up the oils so quickly ,I have definitely found my new supplier for beads .Are you getting good results ? I am very satisfied with this co. 😀
I'm so glad you're having great results with these beads! I haven't even put any on to soak yet. I may do that this weekend. Hopefully we have a new supplier for great beads! Thanks for posting.

Yes, I have tried both as well as Rustic, Candlescience and Aztec but I keep going back to Bittercreek. I do love the Red Bandana and Leather and Lace from Texas but BC Leather is my favorite. I order 3 lbs at a time because shipping takes so long but it's worth it. I can send you a sample if you would like.
Thank you for the offer! I'll go ahead and order some from them. I really appreciate it though.
Where are you in Houston if you don't mind me asking?

I've never tried Palm. Do you think the throw is a lot better than paraffin? I love the wax from TCS too! I just hate that you can only get it from one supplier. It's my favorite wax for clams but I like to mix 4625 with it for shapes.
