Some very general #'s to shoot for:
Hardness...35 and up
cleansing...10 or above
conditioning...over 50
fluffy...20ish
stable...mid 20's and up

Well, just market them as "Crayon Scented Melts." Who knows? People have bought stranger things.....ie, pet rocks, dog poop shaped soap, burnt rubber scented candles...
I think you get my drift hahah!

Microsoft Publisher is great for that.
I use that program and Adobe Pagemaker.

I use cake boxes that I bought at michaels. they are 5x5x3 1/2 deep. They work good for my 10 oz metro jars.

When I put the candle in there I use filler (rafia etc...) and put the candle on its side.
