I sell both types of warmers, the light bulb and heating pad. I love Jackel designs and wish they would make one with a bulb. They are not as hot but throw my tarts. But I use container wax for tarts and it has a lower melt point. The bulb ones sell better for me and are nice but you can't beat Jackle for the art work. If you want to try one I can sell you one, just got some in. PM me.

Same here, I use http://www.rusticescentuals.com/ who bought out Chermark dyes. I find these are my favorite, color hues are really good and they come in glass bottles with the glass dropper top. You can buy extra dropper bottles from them if you want to transfer some dyes you have. I did this with the Pryme dyes. They last forever, very concentrated. Also like their glitter.

I have made a couple of batches of HP with Coconut milk, in the can, make sure it doesn't have other ingredients in it. I added it and water to equal what I needed, worked great but didn't give it a coconut smell

Ooooohhh, I'll have to try it cuz all those are my favorites.
Get the one from Scent Works cause it is muskyer? than ICS....

If I understand, you pour into container then add scent? Just in case it makes a difference, and I don't know if it will. Heat wax, add FO, stir well, let set about 5 minutes then pour into container. Even the pouring process mixes the FO and wax together. So maybe mix before you pour....

I didn't care for Peak's and it doesn't smell like Yankees. I loved the one from Willow Woods and need to find a replacement. Trying some from JS, BG, RA, WSP and a combo of KY's coffee and hazelnut plus a few others. Peak's just has a different hazelnut smell, not as creamy, to me.

I tried in a tart and was not that inpressed, just a so so lemon. But in a scrub, WOW, and I would say a body spray or room spray would be wonderful. Has anyone soaped it in HP or CP?

BCN & BCS, wish they both sold the same things, just order from the one that is closer.
-
Hate it as with anything with musk, Warm Vanilla Sugar, Amber Romance and the list goes on......

We'll miss you, Lori. I order from BC so this is good to hear. Have fun with all the mommy duties cause they grow up too fast.

Mine was about that 40 to 50 hrs, some times longer. Just depended on the wax batch and if I could wick down or not.

Drops are working for me, what's the difference counting drops or dropping in and seeing how much it weighs. The bottles they come in are really messy as is all color that comes in the dropper top with the little red cap. The glass droppers are less messy but I still get it on me just not as much. Wish she would think about changing bottles to the glass with dropper. I guess I'm just not that concerned about my candles coming out the exact same color every time. I sell in small batches so there are not a bunch to compare them with. What I'm finding I like is I can get a light color without messing with a toothpick etc.

Could you post a picture of what the candle top stickers look like. Are they clear?

WSP have the WVS and Love Spell. Both are great in soy. I can send a sniff if you want to smell them. Just PM me you address.

Same here it's me and it turns my wash cloth brown. I don't think everyone is like that and I could stand a chocolate bar to be brown. Maybe I should get brown wash cloths and forget it. Because I love anything Vanillaeeeeee.

Has anyone tried KY's Midnight Magic? How does it throw in soy? I love this scent...TIA
-
I think I'll faint with you, I am feeling sick to my stomach.

I hate brown soap.... Does the Vanilla Stabilizer only work in M&P? I just made some of the whipped soap I had, wonder if it would turn brown? I have several bottles of the stabilizer cause WSP use to have it as a gift when you ordered so much. Those were the good old days.

Red Apple Peel from Candle Wic is a great throwing Mac Apple in soy.

Since I can't top the TOP, I'll just add a cheap trick.
I cut the tops off FO bottles and then use them as a pour pot. Make sure the wax has cooled off cause the heat does transfer thru the bottle. Toss when done.

I don't think NG's Cucumber Melon smells like B&L. Tenn smells more like it to me. I agree with Peaks Sweet Pea smelling better and am now mixing the two to wean off B&L. I think KY's Oatmeal Milk & Honey is close. I used a lot of her herbal scents and think I'll just let them sell out then see what's popular when they do.

I have about that much left myself. I was wondering if I could throw it in the yard for bird food. I tried mixing with the 415 I have now, good stuff, but just didn't work. I have given up and going to pitch it, Don't even like to make tarts with the stuff. I already have about 400 lbs of other waxes I could use for firestarters or what ever. Seriously do you think I could feed it to the birds, it is a shortening?

I use 3 different maple scents for my Maple Walnut Crunch, one was from WW's and I had to find another. In my tarts this combo lasted for days and was a best seller. Well made with the Chestnuts and Brown Sugar instead of Maple Walnut form WW's and it is a winner. So far 24 hrs straight in my electric warmer, 40 watt bulb. I can still smell it and it is yummy.
Also got Sex on the Beach, been looking for one I thought smelled good. Well I love this one. It's fruity smelling and a strong thrower in soy tarts. Don't know about lasting, yet. Was strong for about 8 hrs and turned off. Will test another day and see how it is for # of hrs. Has a very strong cold throw too.
Hot Butter Rum, this one is good, strong thrower and last. Good seller this Christmas season.
Oatmeal Raisin Bread, love this smell but not throwing well. Not fair test cause the wick it way too small. This scent has a ever so slight spice scent. I want this one to work.
I did not want another supplier and only tried this one because of the Hot Butter Rum. I have more time to test now and am going to add this supplier to my main list. Thanks for the reviews.
My main seller is tarts so that's what most of my reviews are in.
My wicks are coming out of the wick assembly..

I had this happen to a batch I bought from Candle Wick. I called them and they sent replacements and they were fine. Crimp close to base and try pouring cooler. Pouring hot melts the wax on the wick making them smaller around. A crimper used in jewerly making works great for wicks. Also wait till they are almost set before pulling on the wick. HTH
