    I have tested the J225 and It is GREAT!!!!!!!! I loved it more then the J223 except that the 225 is very high priced so I am sticking with J223. J225 had NO wetspots and adhered to the glass VERY WELL!!! I loved the burn also!!

    What type of wax are you using?? Usually if your molds are cooled all the way down it will come out fine. I use the generic canola spray and it works fine,,,

    Hmm Vintage drinking glasses I think are thin and may not work,,if you try it be VERY VERY careful,,, www.peakcandles.com has a wonderful starter kit for containers. I would use canning jars first,,JMO ,,Im sure others will chime right in,,,Welcome to the Board!!!:wave:

    HI Here is a link that has helped me. You look for your Jar,,find the wax you use then look @ what others have done. It is a very good place to start while Testing.     Yep Yep Yep,,I love my Wagner Heat Gun,,,its Cheap, Quality GREAT, and light for my hands.

    I make the square pillar and I use the 24ply flat braid,,,I use the 4625 and they burn fine,,,It is very important to do relief holes,,I have not had a square pillar blow out on me,,,I also hug my squares just like I hug my rounds just a wee bit different,,,
