  10. Hi,,,I started with a Pillar kit from www.peakcandles.com as they offer a lot of great stuff,,,If not with a kit,,then I would say,,,1 slab 10LBs of a blend (depending on what you wan to make),,,sampler wicks they come 5 in each pack,,,FO(fragrance oils),,I liked peaks and you can get a sample of 10 1oz bottles for 19.95 and then I use Kerr wide mouth Canning Jars and you can get them locally @ a grocery store and some wal-marts,,,,ooppsss forgot to add,,,you can use a double boiler to melt your wax,,or go to the left of this post and you will see,,,General Information,,,,most of us use the Presto Kitchen Kettle from Wal-mart to melt our wax,,,Just READ, READ, AND READ some more and Take LOTS of notes!!! CandleTech is LOADED with GREAT information!!! Welcome to your New ADDICTION!!! Yes I admit it,,I am a FO addict!!:rolleyes2

  14. Hi Angela,,,No I have not had any problems with that,,the lids are pretty tight on my cases,,,You can also use Baby food jars,,I did this before I learned of the tin sample kits . I went to the store and bought a bunch of the banana pudding and they were like 29 cents a peice,,those are well worth it to buy them too. and I think cheaper. Wow those are very cute!!! Thanks for sharing that with me,,,I have a lot of scents so I am ordering some more of the Tin Sample cases,,,
  15. Hi Elyse,,Yes I do use these personally. I take them EVERYWHERE,,,they are about a 1/2oz. whenever I make candles I put one of that scent in a tin and I have built it up as I go. I have had many orders using these,,Now others get these cooler things from Wal-mart and carry their actual products in them too,,it is just my preference to use the tins because people mainly want to smell what scents I have,,I hope this has helped a little bit,,,, you can find them @ http://www.bittercreeksouth.com/accessories.htm Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see them,,,,Have a great evening,,,Bre'
  16. I got some for free from there,,and yes he does only ship once a week and i had to wait too,,,Sorry,,,But their glass is well worth it,,you will see,,,HTH
