    Hi I started with the same pillar Kit,,the amount of wax for that pillar is 23 ounces of wax and this does include the re-pour,,HTH,,, At the left of the page where it says "General Information" it has a calculator to help you,,, <<<<

    It looks Great Chris,,,When I used J223 it did that to, left a little bit on the jars, But so I gave them as gifts and they came back for more!! LOL ,,,I think you have done a great job!!! I have some pics of the 444 but had to double wick with 60z and then it burned great BUT after I blew it out,,it had a milky white look to it on the sides,,,Whats that?

    Hey there Chris,,,I have had those days too where I just want to "give up" But i keep doing it because I love it,,,like Brat says,,,try to stick to one or 2 projects until you feel you have mastered them,,,write it down and then go on to another,,,we all have these kind of days. Im trying to go from Paraffin to SOY and I am pulling my hair out here ( wont look to good bald) :laugh2:

    I use the GE Silicone II and i have never had any problems with my wick not sticking,,have become pretty good at hitting the center mark

    I use the 4625 for my pillars,tarts and votives and I have never seen it do that before,,,,As far as Mottling goes 4625 wont do that due to the way it is pre-blended,,,, Like Top said,,you must have gotten straight paraffin....Good Luck!!!!

    I get my black from Peaks too and they have no odor. I just recently bought some hot pink/pink from BCN and it smells like Cinnamon,,,

    HI,,,I am having a website done and i am putting on the navigation "Garage sale" Items meaning that I can sell other things because I have some egyptian stuff I want to sell BUT dont want to go ebay either,,, I may change the "Garage Sale" differently but I saw someone else do this with baskets (cant remember who) but I thought what a great idea,,HTH,,,
