  3. You can try the 48,,, since the pyramid is so big,,Mine is like yours and I bought it from Pourette and the wick they sent with it looks like Rope instead of a wick so I would say try that!!! HTH,,Breanna
  4. I use sweet pumpkin spice by Peaks and you only need to put 1/2 oz per pound of wax because it is a heavier scent and it does smell wonderful,,HTH,,,,
  5. I use these sizes too,,Dont have many orders for the 3x9 so I have not bought that mold,,,

  7. When I was still living in Scotland I went by the Celsius side also,,But living in the USA for so long I go by Fahrenheit,,,,But when I did catch it,,the temp was almost to 250 C and thats not a good thing!!! LOL Merry Christmas!!!!
  8. Thanks you guys,,I am so glad it didnt catch fire either,,I am still a bit shakey to even think of what could have happened...Im to stressed out to be making anymore Candles,,all my christmas orders are done,,,so I think I will just be on here with all of you and stay out of the kitchen,,LOL:D
  9. it is the size and FP is Flat Braid,,HTH Normally I use a 24 ply flat braid for my 3x6.5 mold,,but for my pyramid I go 30 ply flatbraid,,HTH Oh there are NEVER any dumb questions,,,we are all here to help each other,,,,MERRY CHRISTMAS
  10. HI everyone,,I wanted to tell you how silly I can be. Yesterday I had asked Satin Ducky why I was getting these scratchy marks on the top of my pillars,,WELL,,I was READING my thermometer on the CELSIUS SIDE!!!:embarasse I can not believe I did that!!! I noticed it when I went to pour some candles today!! :laugh2: I wondered why it felt way to hot,, I think it is time for a digital thermometer,,,,Just thought I would share!!!

I tried the metal tape and it didnt work,,I had wax everywhere,,,I went by the directions that candle tech has but now that I have re-read the post I see that Dee uses Plumber's Putty and then tapes it,,,MMMM may have to try that again because I hate the screw system and dont want to mess with wick pins,,,

  16. Their Pillar blend mp 145 was excellent for pillars but I see they do not have it now but have the 4625 in again,,,Oh decisions decisions,,,
  17. I love my presto pot and I am getting ready for another one,,and I love the spigots DH puts on them for me,,,I havent tried the electric roaster yet,,,LOL:D

I use IGI-4625 because I love the way it sets up in my pillars, votives and Tarts,,I use the 2 waxes for my containers,,J223 and IGI-4786 but these will be changing soon,,,but they adhered to the glass better for me and I loved the colors I got from them,,I use zinc wicks from Peaks but will be testing the LXs soon,,HTH,,
