Hi, Who do you think have the best apple pie scent between, ng's, berts, or ICS? If I could kinda fake them out by using like a apple dumplin or apple crisp, I think that would be ok too? Any help and you guys are the bomb!! Thanks so much Hugs Michele

Oh Candybee...this is a awesome thread, I'm so happy and thankful you started it. I bought a ton of soap from EBC and really had no idea what different kinds of soaps to make with it. It's not the clear or white, guess I got the goat's milk but I hope I can use it with some of your recipes. Thankyou again for sharing with us, that's so very appreciated. Hugs Michele

Hi! Thankyou so much for all your responses, I to just want to learn. When I had mentioned that I use straight soy, I maybe should of said gb415. I have bought a box of 6006 and have been doing some testing with that, I think I will probably be more happy with that just because of the little bit I have tried with colors in soy, I just don't seem to be able to get "darker" colors I am wanting. I think I mentioned that I only want about 4-5 different colors, and only 8 different scents. I did email cc to ask her about the flutter dyes and crystal dyes. She had said that either would work but the flutter dyes were easier to work with and that I could use 3-4 flutters. The crystals use .25oz, I have tried the flutters with gb415 but I only used 2 so maybe they could be a little darker but still don't seem like what I want. I haven't tried them with the 6006 but I am going to in the next couple days. Any other thoughts would be awesome!! Thankyou all for your thoughts! Hugs:yay: Michele

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me out? I would like to try another line of candles using a dye. I have not worked with many dyes as I have not used any with my candles before. I only want a dark cranberry, black, dark green and mustard kinda color. I use straight soy which I'm hoping I will be able to get dark colors and not pastels. Should I try liquids or crystal dyes? Hi, I ordered 6 bars of her soap. I just went on Etsy to look at her pictures and the colors again. I sure don't want to give any negative feedback for her cause her soaps are awesome. The scents I bought are pumpkin brulee, passionate kisses, pilgrim's pie, vanilla blackberry, amish harvest, and sage & pomegranate. Out of those 6, there is only 1 of them listed now which was the pilgram's pie. Her colors of the soap are very nice, I think the one that seemed more "vibrant" to me was the passionate kisses, seemed more red in her pictures but it is still very nice. They each came in their own white box (like a necklace jewelry kind) with a little bit of that brown crinkle strips of paper under each soap. I really don't feel like I am at all qualified to make any judgements after thinking....or saying anything. I have made melt & pour soaps but have only tried a couple times with color now and mine do not compare to hers... so if ya all can tell, I'm feeling kinda bad, like I was saying negative things about her products which is not the case at all. Her soaps are beautiful, as well as her photography. Oh...there was a free small piece of watermelon soap also. I would be willing to slice off a small piece and send it to ya's, as long as ya's don't mind paying for the cost of mailing and I don't run out. Just pm me with your addy. Hugs Michele

I am so sorry bout posting sooner but to tell the truth, I've had so much happen in my life that I haven't even used one yet...They do all smell pretty good and although the colors really popped in the pictures, they are still nice...I will try to get going on this and post soon! Hugs Michele

Hi Al, I would like to try making some melt & pour soap using essential oils, I was looking on wsp site and they have quite a few already mixed up oils that I like. One of them was basil, sage, and mint, the other one that kinda interested me is a headache one the have since I have them daily. It's headache natural eo. The question I have and I think it's a pretty dumb one, but how do you know how much to use per pound? I hope someone can help me out soon, I really want to try it out. Do they have good oils? Hi, A friend of a friend's had bought the soap and then got the spray on perfume. She didn't really have any idea who made it, just that she thought it sounded really nice so I might have a little edge that way...I have a ton of samples but of course, not a one of these three....thanks for the help!! Hi Thanks for the help!! I thought about mixing one up but have never used a fig scent. Wasn't sure about the orange either, I have only used a fresh squeezed orange a long time ago and not even sure where I got it from, so any thoughts on either one of the fig or orange scents that anyone tried and liked would be great.
