  1. CMS has great olls, I have only used A grade though. I agree with megandgarr the hot orange danish is awesome!
  2. I would test with fo, because FO will change the composition of the candle. I have used 9 oz hex jars with 4633 and LX 16 wicks successfully. HTH
  3. I agree ICS Baked apple is great, also TN hot baked apple pie is great. They both work well in soy also. HTH
  4. Yep BCN/BCS are right on dupes, I made this in candles for a customer who actually wore the perfume.
  5. I have vanilla oak from WSP and It is one of my favs! However it is $35.12 per LB!!! I have been looking for a replacement, the AH/RE one is good, but different, same for Miame-Erie one! I may try Millcreek next. WSP says it is a Yankee type scent? I love it, I love it, I love it!! Did I mention I love the WSP vanilla oak!!!

  8. The only problem with ICS pink sugar, is after a while if the candle sits around it will discolor a little. but it still smells divine!!
  9. What about BCN vanilla sandalwood, it is from the old Bubbles and Lights Co that BCN took over. I have used it and I personally like it a lot. It works in soy and paraffin too!
  10. This thread is from 2006???
  11. Sugar cookie (so far MC gourmet sugar cookie) Vanilla ( DS vanilla delicious) have probably tested 10+ Cotton Candy ( have not found a great one) Buttercream (DS buttercream friosting) Peach ( OMG still testing this one) in search of the strongest peach) Cinnamon Bun (ICS classic)
  12. Are the votives not strong when comparing cold throw or when burning? I often find that a votive sitting out doesn't have a great cold throw , then I burn it, and Wow! it if amazing. I would test a few burning too, then remelt and add fo if need be.
  13. clean cotton from FOC works for me in every wax I have used, J223, 6006, and straight soy. it's here: http://www.fragranceoilcentral.com/clcoyty.html
  14. ICS is my vote, been using it exclusively for years!! Super Strong!
  15. BCS faves are Lemon Pound Cake, Bird of Paradise, Scratch Cake, Strawberry Jam, Sissies Sugar Cookie, and Homespun Sugar
  16. That is why I suggested some of BCN's oils they throw well in paraffin and soy
  17. WYW oils are supposed to be highly concentrated, but it depends on the actual fragrance itself, some are way more stronger than others. I have used WYW fragrances at 4% and up to 7% in J223, and J50 both paraffin blend with great results. Some fragrances are just stronger than others, if you can get FO shipped from BCN then order some of theirs also, like blueberry muffin, strawberry jam, they are both strong and work well in both paraffin and soy.
  18. Okay. Here's the list. When you want to add to it copy the list in your post and add away. I've also started them in alpha order so it would be easier to find yours: Clementines Creamy Nutmeg Dragonfly Moon Fresh Picked Strawberries Hooah! Macapuro Sorbet Mineral Salt Spa Moon Lake Musk Roanoke Rapids Rosemilk Sandalwood & Patchouli Tassi Lavender
  19. I have used vanilla delicious and buttercream frosting in candles and tarts with great results. J223, 6006, and straight soy, HTH
