  1. I really love that blueberry pop (fig forrest from Candlescience, smells great)
  2. Use Coconut Oil, Soybean Oil and Palm Oil, it should be pretty white with those three oils.
  3. sounds like whole coffee beans or something. Was it the iced vanilla late one?
  4. soy wax and palm wax are tougher to burn then Paraffin wax (what Yankee uses). Therefore you need to get the container a lot hotter in order to reach a full burn pool all the way to the edge of the glass, and the only way is to have two wicks to do it.
  5. I use about 7% with some of their FOs and have no problems with soy wax
  6. they also have HTP 93's. I get mine from Candlescience. I am sure they are available elsewhere as well.
  7. I use cargill V-1 and mix a little C-3 with it. Or you can just use a container wax and add some steric acid to it, in order to harden it up a bit.
  8. cute cute cute, is the pink layered one peppermint?
  9. are you putting the picture on the outside o fthe soap? clear decal paper is what is usally used.
  10. pretty pretty. kind of looks asian. I can see the silver too.
  11. keep in mind that you 3lb mold will not hold 3lbs of oils plus water. its only going to hold 3lbs total.
  12. Trying to get around to it. lolol I hop to make some before this weekend. cause its by b-day this weekend and I dont want to be in the kitchen.
  13. man that is some complicated soap. must take forever to make that..
  14. I wouldnt even attempt it using C3. Tell the customer, soy wax is too opaque to get a solid black. also the frosting issues will ruin the color later on.
  15. You must try the Honeysuckle Jasmine from Candle Science, the blend is soooo nice. Much better than just a straight Honeysuckle.
