  4. yeah thats weird. if they are both palm, they should both crystalize.
  5. yes i do this from time to time. Iiadding chamomile petals, or calendula petals
  6. i find when i cover them, the tops arent as white.
  7. did you use castor oil in your recipe? I notice when I use castor oil, they feel a little sticky at first. Also, you should cover your mold with something after you pour the soap. To insure it is well insulated and you can avoid those ash tops.
  8. ACCA-Blend is located in El Monte California, but you can only order in pallets. The only place selling less than pallet size is their destributor Swans in WA.
  9. turn off the oven. it shouldnt need to cook longer than an hr. it will gel just fine. dont worry.

  11. great job with the mold. i bought on simular to that on ebay. a rustic star one. i love primitive molds
  12. what supplier are you getting your wax from?
  13. this is suppose to happen, thats why votives must be burned in a votive holder. Because the wax will eventually drip out the sides and fill up the jar and then burn like a container candle
  14. hmmm I knew you could save the recipe as a cookie on to your computer, but I didnt know you could save the whole program to your computer. Can you explain how to do it?
  15. I am going to be testing out my new FOH FOs this weekend. Last night I poured Cranberry Punch, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and A Rocky Mountain Christmas. Tonight I am going to pour Chocolate Chip Cookie and Oatmeal Raison Cookie.
  16. yep, I already tried that route too. I am in SoCal and it would have been a blessing if i could have picked up my order. :undecided Hey maybe we can get Genwax to start carring the ACCU waxes. heheheh
  17. honestly if you can drive to pick up the 135, i would use it. It may have to cure longer than the wax you are use to before you burn it. try testing some out and let the candle cure for 10-14days.
  18. hmmm interesting, it seems that they are diluting the Fragrance Oil with polysorbate. Meh, probably not as strong as pure fragrance oils or essential oils. they also still have a lot of oil in them. i would still go with the hydrosols.
  19. I have used octagon, round and square votives and have had no problems when I pour V-1 at a higher temp. Seems like this may be an all temp wax
  20. Did you see the pics of her Fragrance Oils? She states all purchased with in the last 6 months. Bull Crap, those bottles look terrible. They look like they have all been sitting outside in the sorage bin through multiple winters and summers. I wouldnt purchase any of the FOs or waxes since they were improperly stored.
  21. those look really cool, such bright colors too
  22. that is totally lame, i cant belive they would put something like that in their catalog
  23. You can get some from Fairways Glass. When ordering online, you can use the drop down menu to choose the closest warehouse to ship from. They have one in Nevada.
