    I love Oakmoss as well. Brambleberry has an awesome combo called Tuberosemoss. One of my all time favorites, such a beautiful scent.

    I too use 8 drops max per lb of C-3 wax. Sometimes I have gone up to 16 drops per lb of wax, but thats only if i am trying for a dark black or deep red.

    I use 1oz of fragrance oi for 25oz soap oils, then i add 7oz of my 33% water/lye solution. So all together its a 2lb batch. I find its enough fragrance.

    I like the shape of your cookies, but I agree with you, you still need to work on the chocolate chip part.

    I belive patents expire after a certain amount of years and cant be renewed, to prevent monopolizing.

    There is a company in Washington called Swans Candle Supply, they have cheap shipping. I am in California and there shipping is good, so it should be better for you.

    FOUND IT Orange Cranberry Muffins - A wonderful combination. Tart orange and cranberry combined with a delicious sweet muffin. Yum. Super strong. I dont know if they are selling the oil though, but they have candles scented with it. You may be able to contact them to find out where they got it.     The Rosemary mint isnt white at all, its actually a mint green color. I added Seafoam Green from MMS.

    I was trying to get the lilac color better incorporated and look more swirly. It just looks like blobs droped here and there cause it was so thick when i mixed them both together.

    I used 1/4 tsp of MMS Chromium Oxide Green in this 2lb batch (including water). I am telling you this Cucumber FO is still smelling up my house pretty strong.

    It looks wonderful, dont worry about the air pockets I get them too. Great colors and FO blend.

    This one is Oregon Trails new Crisp Cucumber and I must say it is a true cucumber scent that holds real well in CP. I only used 1oz for this 2lb batch, OP'd it in the oven for 30min on warm, and it still held its great scent. This one is Black Raspberry Vanilla. I tried to do a double swirl but it didnt turn out so well. I am testing a new recipe without any olive in it and boy does it trace too fast now. Olive sure helps with the play time.

    that looks like my soaps sometimes when I use castor and when they get too hot. Are you using castor in your recipe? Are you pouring them real hot?

    Great job, love the colring and swirls. Its too temping not to swirl in a slab mold. Wish I had one. waaaaaaa

    i would try the pellets, the Roebic brand I get from Lowes actually looks like little pellets, even though they call them crystals.

    great soaps Brena, hopefully the peppermint one will only change to the color of the top, cause that pink isnt bad looking at all.
