  10. I can mostly smell the lavendar (I have a cold, though, so my smeller might not be smelling right, LOL). The tea did smell pretty funky when I mixed it with the lye though! Steph

  12. BCN has great Customer Service and most of their oils are very high quality. Bitter Creek South has some great oils as well!! Have fun playing! Steph
  13. Thanks everyone! I wasn't sure how it was going to go, since HP is so different. It wasn't a real thick trace, but that is okay, at least I sort of know what to look for now!! I can't wait for my co-op oils to get here so I can make some more (have quite a few FO to try, along with some colorants). Steph
  14. I think it looks nice for your first try. Steph
  15. That does look awesome (almost like a marble countertop). I might have to try that recipe! Steph
  16. That looks great, love the colors and the swirls. Steph
  17. I have done 2 batches of HP, but wanted to try CP to see which I liked better. It was a simple recipe. I used some titanium dioxide to color. I then used Lavender EO to scent. I used chammomile tea for my liquid and then used some dried chammomile, lavender, and oatmeal (ground fine in a mini food processer) and added it at trace and sprinkled a bit on top. I don't know if it gelled, but it cut really nice.
  18. Those all look great. I was thinking of trying a soap stamp or two eventually, when I start selling! Steph
  19. THat looks so cool. Too bad it won't stay that way. Steph
  20. I looked at one Lowe's last night and couldn't find it (I looked near the drain cleaners, which I figured that is where it would be). I have one other one to look at. Stephanie
  21. Congrats! I just did mine today too. I can't wait to see yours cut Steph
  22. Darn, that was where I was gonna order from!!! Guess I will have to look elsewhere. Steph
  23. Good luck!!! I am trying my first CP today too!!! I have already made 2 batches of HP, but this is my first CP. Can't wait to see how it turns out! Steph
  24. Wow, that does look like mousse! I could eat it. Let us know how it turns out. Steph
  25. Those are great swirls, especially for a man's soap (not Lovespell, LOL). It does look great, even if the colors didn't turn out how you expected. Nice to see some of your work again!! Stephanie
