Oceangazer1
Do you think 6006 is the closest? I used all of Vicky's fos and perfect blend. I was so upset when RE didn't carry it
Ravens
Isn't KY perfect blend the same as KY parasoy tart & votive wax? If so, they still carry it. It is a paraffin and soy combination (like 6006), though not sure as to the percentage of each. chuck_35550
Nope. I use the tart/votive and its not close to 6006. Have you called AH/RE?
Ravens
Oceangazer1, are you wanting to make tarts or container candles? In my experience, 6006 is too soft for clamshells. The KY parasoy, though harder then 6006, just did not work for me, not enough throw. And, as Chuck35550 mentioned, one isn't close to the other. Quite different, imho :-)
chuck_35550
You aren't talking about their Versatile Parrafin Wax Blend? It has a restock date of September. Edited October 23, 2014 by chuck_35550
Oceangazer1
KYs perfect blend was a container wax. It made amazing candles. I still have a few left to love lol
