mulberrysoap
Hi I spotted these tins and thought that they would be cool for a rustic line, has anyone seen them for sale anywhere, or is this an Alibaba search?? https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/291791931/soy-candle-7-oz-rustic-corrugated-metal?ref=shop_home_active_11

earthfriendly
Pretty cool looking, I'm thinking Alibaba also. Grama, those you found are also nice but price point is a little steep!

Trappeur
Great looking tin! Love it. I would love something like that myself. And I wouldn't think the seller is not going to give you her source for the tins so. I don't think it would be right to ask her. Good luck in finding it! Incendia
This might be them, or something similar. On sale now at Houzz. http://www.houzz.com/photos/59414861/CYS-Corrugated-Rustic-Zinc-Cylinder-Vase-Pot-3-tall-6-pieces-rustic-vases They also have some larger ones: http://www.houzz.com/photos/54496325/Corrugated-Zinc-Metal-Galvanized-Cylinder-Planters-Set-of-3-industrial-indoor-pots-and-planters Edited March 6, 2017 by Incendia
Trappeur
You know I tried looking for them for you but no luck. All the ones everyone have posted are retail prices of like 3.00 each. If your just making them for yourself why not just order a few? If they are going to be sold wholesale you can most likely find them at the mart. Another thing to be concerned about is if they have seams because if they do they could possibly leak liquid. Just something for you to think about. mulberrysoap
Thanks for trying Trappeur I really appreciate it, I think the search continues. I hear you on the seams, it is an important point to note for sure.

Trappeur
I love em! The only thing that concerns me is they have seams which they probably do, could be a problem when you go to pour wax in. Think I will call and see if can get a couple samples. Thanks Pughaus! Trappeur
pughaus
they're selling them as vases so they better have soldered any seams They have more zinc pieces here too: https://modernvaseandgift.com/products.php?cat=170 I can't even figure out how to wick a 3" tumbler yet properly but I bet some of you pros could make something special out of some of those sets they're offering. TallTayl
Etsy has some candles in them. Not that etsy is always the example of good ideas, but it is being done.
Scented
My thought is a stroll through a Hobby Lobby. Sometimes they have stuff like or similar to this. If they had it you'd get an opportunity to see if it would be workable for wax too.
