I've ordered from them just a couple of times. I called them one time to inquire about making a large order for a particular item and didn't have any problem with them whatsoever. Laura, sometimes suppliers take a couple of days to email an answer to you. Be patient. If you don't hear back in a couple of days, I'd suggest trying a different supplier.
