KFTS
I don't know about "best" but Nashville wraps has a big selection and their prices seem comparable to what I've seen elsewhere. Action Bag might be somewhere to check out too, they have some unusual styles.
sockmonkey
I used Nashville Wraps to get my bags printed and found that they did a good job. I believe they have a 2 case minimum for custom printing.I have since found another source, but I've never used them, so I don't have pricing anfo. They might be worth checking out:http://www.flowercitytissue.com/products.asp?cat=

magsglass
While I haven't had a custom printing job done by them, I *have* ordered bags and papers from Bags & Bows. They have beautiful paper, bags, and boxes and fast service (and nice catalogues they send for free). Prices are good, too. http://www.bagsandbowsonline.comHTH,~Mag
