Janette
I placed my first order with Peaks, online, on Thurs. Just wondering if I should have gotten an email confirmation by now. I know it was a holiday in the US on Thur. Should I call to check with them?CheersJanette
Crafty1_AJ
I ordered online a week or two ago and got an e-mail confirmation right away. Are you sure you did everything to complete the order? Or could you have missed a mouse click or two?
Vicky_CO
I would drop them an e-mail. I personally think the UPS site is being a pain I am only getting about 1/2 of my comfirmations. I even had a few show up after I got the package.

sudsnwicks
I get an email immediately after I submit my order. It is an automated response to let you know they have received your order. Then when they ship your order, you get another automated response, this time from the UPS side, giving you the tracking number.
wvcandleguy
before you do that, check your email to see if it may have gotten sent to the spam folder. If its your first time ordering, sometimes the emails get filtered to the spam folder..... just a thought

BrySC
I had the same issue with candlescience.com last week. I never received an e-mail confirmation, so I e-mailed them. They said the order was placed, and a confirmation was sent out. With so much spam these days, I guess lots of legitimate e-mails get lost. sudsnwicks
That is the trouble with spam. Even though email programs have created spam filters to keep junk out of your inbox, I still have to check my spam folder regularly because occasionally a legit mail gets sent there. Crafty1_AJ
Yay! Glad you figured the problem out! I forget to check my spam file too sometimes. LOLAnd just an FYI ... be prepared for blinding speed in your order going out. LOL I placed an order that was shipped the same day. Got my goodies 2 days later. I'm thinking Speedy Gonzalez must pick and pack their orders.
