eugenia
Hey E do you like the FO? I still love it and I still smell wood. Granted I smell fresh wood, but wood. I guess the carpenter's daughter in me is showing through DatActually, I hate it, LMAO. I m not a floral person. Hot & cold throw are amazing. I am slowly learning it's not about what I like. Jaye
I don't use any mold release. Just straight paraffin, 3 TBS of stearic per lb. of wax, 1 oz of FO per lb., room temp mold and pour each layer at 150 degrees.Do you tilt your mold in a container, Eugenia? Or pour straight and then kind of twirl the mold around a bit so the wax splashes against the sides? In any case, just like all the others (especially Grandma's Pumpkin Log!), they're gorgeous.
