Carrie Posted July 2, 2006 Share Posted July 2, 2006 I tried it when I soaped some SNC Fresh Cut Tulips. That stuff siezes really bad. It didn't help, I think it was actually worse. That way they're more dilute - so it takes more time for the lye to care that they're there, or for them to get cranky.My lye is so social lol... Like I said, 2-3 pulses on the stick blender and I was a stirring fool. Yes there were other things going on too, like a water discount, but I upped the superfatting to 7%. Anyway, I was curious.
