Lightning Bug
Hi West coasties...Has anyone tried the CB2 from Swans that is 70 soy/30 paraffin? Also, they have a CB30 that is only about 30% soy but supposed to be able to take a good amount FO and throw well. Maybe I just need to go paraffin? I am still testing the Greenleaf 70/30 at 6% and it is nice but I am having a bit of trouble with throw. Will be trying a few other FO to see if maybe just that one was less pronounced. I have ordered the LX wicks and hope that will help, also. Thanks for any info. Beth
RobinInOR
I use CB30 in my balmorals. I really like it. Cuz the balmorals are so tough to wick though I've only got 5 scents tested, and those only use 1 oz per pound wax. I think it throws great. I use LX.. Carriegsxr6
These are actually the Calwax brand that Swans carries, just in case anyone was wondering. I have used the CB3 and CB2 and really like them both. Stick with the soy/paraffin blends, you will really like the colors.
