candlecrazyinwv
Does anyone know where I can find electric tart warmers to resell? I havent been able to fine them any cheaper than $20. At that price it would be hard to make my money back. Thanks
Rsvlbrat
There are some co-ops on warmers, check in there from time to time...hth
LizF
Take a look at Hobby Lobby if there's one near you. They have some that are way less than $20 and the one's I've purchased work fine. Good Luck.
wookie130
Check Levine Gifts...they're wholesale, and I do believe they have a minimum of $100 per order, but their melters are very reasonable...possible co-op?
candlecrazyinwv
Where is the Co op section? I cant find it. I'm new with this site. Sorry.
wookie130
If you scroll down the forum listings, it's right under the swap forum, I believe.
Tallbabydoll
LTD Commodities has them for $7.95 a piece but only come in 2 colors. I'm gonna order a few for Christmas gifts. What I like is that these are a basic electric candle warmer, a plate that you can place a jar candle on, and it comes with a removable heat tempered matching bowl that you can place tarts/melts in. So your customers could use these for either product. Havent looked into the co-op so dont know if this is a better/worse deal. Just thought I'd let you know. Fern
Bitter Creek North has some electric warmers for $6.25 or $6.50...at least that was the price then when I bought them about 3-4 months ago. They work great, but the only draw back is is that they don't have a removable bowl...it's all one unit. The tarts will come out pretty easily if you pry them out with a blunt instrument, such as a spoon or butter knife...as long as you start at the very edge of the tart, otherwise, you'll be digging it out in pieces. I actually prefer a separate removable bowl so that I can put it in the freezer for about 5 minutes and they'll pop out very easily. The other drawback is it won't hold a tart any larger than 1 ounce...with no room for error in weight. I haven't found any that I like at a reasonable price to buy in bulk yet though. Sharon in KY
Waxcessories or Jackle and Irvin's for tin, all have great electric and t-lite warmers. For under $10.00 each but you do need a tax Id. Not sure if they are online but I'm sure you'll be able to find their numbers to call for catalogs
justrightcandles
https://sa.www4.irs.gov/sa_vign/newFormSS4.doYou can apply for a EIN online and get one instantly. The link is above or go to www.irs.gov and search ein. Levine will take that. That is who i am going to go with (once i get enough money to make the minimum of $100!) lexigirl
I don't know how to add a link but Jackel's website is jackelus.com. They have great warmers and they are around 8.75 each. You do have to have a tx id number though. Their customer service is really great also.
karenmimi
The wholesale sites will want a "Sales Tax Number" not an EIN.
CandlesNMore
www.candlesandsupplies in PA has two different kinds of tart warmers. One is like the one sold on Bittercreeks site and the other is the two piece kind where you can either burn your tarts or use the bottom for wickless candles. Last time I looked they were around $6.50 for each kind. They don't require at tax id number but they high on shipping.

candlecrazyinwv
The wholesale sites will want a "Sales Tax Number" not an EIN.I will be getting a Sole Proprietorship License tomorrow. I do not get a Sales Tax number with this license do I? All I have to pay taxes on is my profit. Can I still order from wholesale companies with this type of license and how do I access their sites without a Sales Tax Number? Sorry, but we are new to this and learning as we go. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
WV FLower Girl
With a sole prop. you will get a tax id number. When paying taxes, you will have to pay 6% on everything you sell. If you buy something for $10.00 and sell if for 15.00, you will pay taxes on the 15.00.HTH, Pam
