Crafty1_AJ Posted October 4, 2006 Share Posted October 4, 2006 I usually use eo's in CP at .7 to 1 oz. per pound of oils. 1 oz. ppo is about 6%, but that's oils/butters ONLY. It doesn't take into account you'll be adding some water to the soap as well, so your rate in the finished product will be less.Sometimes when I am hp'ing my soap, I use .5 oz. ppo on eo's. hth Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Don't think I've ever gone to 1 oz per pound oils with anything though When I'm blending I keep some specific EOs much lower. If I use clove I don't go over .1 oz ppo.
