Cleaning up?

I was wondering what do you all use to clean up the mess left behind from the oils and lotions? I didn't think I would ever get it all cleaned up today! LOL I have been using Dawn dish soap. It seems to work without leaving much residue. Is that my best bet, or is there anything else out there to help cut the grease better?

yup - Dawn Power Foam. If you DO put oily stuff in the dishwasher include some of the Plastic Boost (who makes that?) it really helps with the oily residue. And if I'm doing a LOT of greasy stuff through the dishwasher I also run through some Dishwasher Cleaner. Otherwise my dishes start coming out oily!

I use orange clean, the canned stuff that comes out as foam.

I use a ton of dawn on a sponge and really hot water. It normally gets the job done well.

Same here. Letting soapy stuff sit overnight is a lot easier to clean up.

I use Dawn too. Then I finish with a Clorox Disinfecting Wipe. Actually, I start with a wipe and end with a wipe.

Dawn power foam is great stuff for the oilies. I put some on my hand and then put some on the bowl or whatever and then just wipe it out, no water at first. Then, I add the water and it pretty much rinses clean.

I find that Lysol antibacterial kitchen cleaner is a fairly decent grease cutter for the counters and such. Otherwise, it's good ol' hot soapy water for me (dishwashing detergent liquid). I wear gloves when I clean up.
