I feel like I'm starting over...

New house. totally different kitchen setup, so I have to do things a bit differently - you know, work out the flow. Did make 3 batches, but now I keep ending up with partial gels although I insulated as before. On the 4th batch I tried CPOP and even thout 170 worked in the old oven, it's somehow too hot in this one - overheated.

Sheesh, I've got a lot of retooling ahead of me...

Yea the oven runs hot. Unfortunately 170 (which is 190!!!) is the lowest setting it has! And it's an old oven and I doubt the landlord will give a rat's a$$ LOL.

I'll get it all figured out - but what a pain. Oh well, I figured it all out once.....
