Christy Doc Holley
I used Pink Salamander mica and it went white in cp So don't if you have this in CP soap
CareBear
AAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Thanks for the heads up. I wonder if it would hold up if I sprinkled it on top of the raw soap.Or is there a way to get it to stick to soap once it's... soap? Brenda
I've got some of that mica...:undecided That's too bad about the morphing because it's really a beautiful color.
Christy Doc Holley
As soon as my stick blender hit it the color went away all the blotchyness is where the pink was the other is um blue mixed with white mica
TerriWV
If anyone got manganese violet in the co op, it turned very dark brown on me in cp. The Cellini red turned orange, and the purple mica I got turned grey. So now I have an orange and white pepermint, a grey Japanese Plum, and the I caught the manganese before I got it mixed in my wild mulberry.Your soap still looks good though, even if it wasn't the color you wanted. heirloomoriginals
I was gonna ask about the Cellini red. I am glad that was the only Mica I got, the rest were UMs.Steph
Brenda
I'd like to add that the emerald green mica turns a dark gray. Great for other applications, but not CP soap. Sad.
