DANIEL
HI, I need opinions on how my candle looks? Mainly the hangtab. I have it tied on with a piece of raffia. Should I use some sort of elastic band instead or does it look ok?
candlecrazyinwv
I think it looks really good...I dont see any air bubbles...they drive me crazy!
cbarber03
I think the raffia looks great. It adds more character than a regular piece of elastic would. I love your jars, so curvy and sophisticated looking. Is this a 4 oz jar?
flutterbye
Beautiful Candle! I love that jar. My only suggestion would be to maybe go with an off white or tan hang tag instead of white since you are using the raffia and those colors might go a little better in general with all different colored candles. lsbennis
oooo...pretty candle and your tags are really cute, love the name and the graphic...I agree with flutterbye about the color of the tag.
EmpressC
I agree...very good look. May I ask where you ordered the hang tags from? I can't seem to find a supplier anywhere!
Aspencreek
I think they look great. Maybe you should add the burn time and the weight of the jar onto the tag.
Georgia
I guess I'm the odd one. I think the jar is too upscale for raffia. I would go with a ribbon or cord. The candle is really pretty, though!
DANIEL
Thanks for all the advise. They are 24 ounce jars. I just print the tags myself. I was kinda thinking the same thing about the jars being too upscale looking for the raffia.
judyvega
I think the cord is a better idea than the rubber band - the rubber band I don't think works here (jmho) - candle looks great!

Gdawg
Beautiful looking candle so nice and smooth/clean looking. I like the ribbon for the tag.
julwid
It does look upscale to me also. It would look good with ribbon. You could try that.
wvcandlecrazy
I have to say that the yellow ribbon looks good with that jar and that yellow candle~BUT ~with the name Candle farm I like the raffia and the tag with the tractor on it (but like someone else had said I would use an off white or natural color tag) JMOSue Ann

I know you mentioned that you printed the tags yourself, but where did you get the hang tag sheets from?
CC on Maui
Looking at your business name, I like the raffia better than a ribbon or cord.If you do decide to use raffia, be sure you use the synthetic kind if you are planning to wholesale. The real thing takes quite a beating in a retail environment. Ask me how I know. LOL.BTW, the jar and candle look lovely!
DANIEL
Thanks for all the replies, they have been helpful. I will just try different ideas and see what i come up with. As for the tags, I just print them on regular card stock here at home and cut them out. My girlfriend does scrapbooking so she has all the tools for cutting different shapes.
