modhatter
I tried making pink by using just a tiny bit of read. It did not work. Is there something that I can add to turn it more pink?
Scented
More wax.You could also try like just a dab of a drop off a toothpick to see if that would work for you.
CareBear
For me, to make pink I just need to desperately wish for red. LOL

andrealh1975
Chips. I'm going to do another batch and will put a tiny tiny tiny piece in this time.I use chips too and when I need to get red, I use 1/4 of the chip per lb. of wax. So, cut the chip in half, then cut it again and try that. HTH
ShelleyBean
Chips. I'm going to do another batch and will put a tiny tiny tiny piece in this time. When I use the dye blocks, I have the diamond shaped ones, and I use just the very end point to one pound of wax and it comes out perfect. Beth-VT
Use BCN's liquid pink!!! Christ will you get pink. I use like 1/4 drop per lb. MAX, and that's for a moderatley pale shade. It's like the devil itself. It shows zero color at all when liquid. It has to cool. Even some drops on a white counter top takes like 10 minutes for the pink to show, but when it does you can sit and watch it change. Weird stuff....but you'll definitely get pink. LOLBuy pink dye chips, there are several shades to choose from, I found it the less headache way to go. Although I strictly use liquid now, pink is a PITA for me to be consistent with. logcabinmomma
For small batches, I just use a toothpick dabbed into my red liquid dye and then barely swirled into the wax.-Kristi

Donita
Why don't you buy pink? I have Reddig Glo chips in pink....like that color, I also have dark pink and light pink chunks from Candlewic...liquid too....they all come out with a different shade. Sometimes I just use a small amount of burgandy and that is a very pretty pink. Also...it fades so use a fade inhibitor. Donita

joym
I use the reddig-glo pale pink chips - can get very light pink to deeper pink, depending on the number added.
