BubbleBath
Well, I just don't know what happened. I know it was supposed to discolor to tan slightly, but I figured it would discolor thought the entire log of soap.... Not that I'm complaining, because I like the look and hope that I can re-create it. Oh yeah, I didn't take out enough soap at trace to mix with my color, so my swirls are kinda skimpy. As you can tell by the picture, I really need to purchase a mitre box. I can't cut straight for anything. My Second Batch of CP Soap (Scented with Flicker's Tuscan Lace)......
RhondaP
Pretty soap!It probably will still discolor. Sometimes I find the outside of the log discolors, but the inside doesn't until a few days after it's been cut.
Christy Doc Holley
looks like it will go completly dark
BubbleBath
Do you think if I add Titanium Dioxide it will remain white?
Scented
Yeah the one I cut that stayed white inside, eventually went to a tan. Never got darker that i could tell. It wasn't what you used. You can always try the TD and see. I know I am thinking about it.
lindsaycb
I don't believe TD will keep a soap white...I think its really just to help make an off-white soaper whiter
heirloomoriginals
It looks nice, but it will all discolor tan in a few days. It looks neat as it is turning though!Steph
