ladysj
Okay I need some input on making up a questionaire for my testers. I need to know what you would suggest to put for feed back on B&B products and candles to hopefully make it easier for them. Or should I just let them tell me what they think lol

BLSoaps
One of the candle companies has a sample of a tester questionnaire on their website. It had enough questions that weren't of much help to me, that I didn't save the link, but someone else may have it.But questions like the following would work (I'm assuming bath and body)...I'd dress up the language a little. I'm still recovering from a nasty bout with the flu, and my brain is functioning at minimum levels ... which means not very creatively or eloquently. How did you like the product you used?Did you like the scent?Rate the Scent Level.Did the name seem appropriate to the scent? Did the color seem appropriate to the scent and name?Did the packaging appeal to you? If you found this product on a shelf or website, would you be enticed to pick it up or purchase it?IF SOAP: Did it lather well?IF LOTION: Did it moisturize well?Rating systems are wonderful, preferable over yes or no answers. If you're able to ask questions that will result in MORE than a yes or no answer, you should be able to gather more effective feedback as well. I hope this helped a little bit.
