AshiePoo
I have been looking for about a year for a jar supplier in my area. I live south of st louis and can't believe that between st louis and memphis, even nashville or branson, I can't find a supplier. am i missing someone? Shipping is so high! doglover
If you are looking for just Mason jars, why not go to your local store, like Walmart, a hardware store, etc. and talk with the section manager and have them order cases for you. That is what I had done due to the too high shipping costs. The problem I ran into was that WM was seasonal. But most of the time they could and did order cases for me as I needed them. Good luck!Otherwise, check out Richard's Packaging in Memphis.
Di_in_AZ
Big Lots usually carries them but that also depends on your local store. Ace Hardware and smaller hardware stores also carry them. Some grocery stores do as well.
AshiePoo
I feel like a moron. Why didn't I think of just asking Wal-Mart? Ours only carries them seasonally, but it can't hurt to ask! I will check big lots in the nest town too! Thanks!
Late Night
This is a great time of year to find canning jars locally. Grocery stores and drug stores usually carry them too.
Glaize Creek
Ive got quite a few Masons left over for sale in the St Louis area if you are interested. I used to use Masons but have discontinued them from my line and have 8oz jellies, 8oz quilteds, and 16oz Masons.Let me know...
chuck_35550
Plain non-tapered/wide mouth Masons have gone up in price from my local distributor. Instead, I got a much better deal on another container that my customers prefer over Masons. The square Masons are really neat for Christmas but that's about it. Wally world does carry other containers year round and they are reasonably priced but still too high for my overhead. Usually, if you order a large amount of jars you can get a deal on the shipping. Alabaster Candle Supply has a great deal on plain Masons with nice one piece lids. HTHSteve
