Wick'n'Wax
beautiful job. Can I ask, are you holding these flowers in place, whilst they set or just filling the wax with flowers and they happened to have fallen into place?
kalamazoo
beautiful job. Can I ask' date=' are you holding these flowers in place, whilst they set or just filling the wax with flowers and they happened to have fallen into place?[/quote']Unfortunately I do not think those flowers have just fallen into place, wouldn´t it be great if that worked! I like the fact that there are no chunks used to keep the flowers in place as I have tried a couple of canes using this method and it does not look very nice. Maybe some sort of tacky wax is used to keep them in place, but I would like to know as well. Maybe it is a special technique that Handmade has developed and we will never know? kalamazoo
Hi Handmade, I really like those canes, they are beautiful. I especially like the round one as the flowers look like they are growing up out of the soil.:smiley2:
