ShoogieScents
Do any of you use Shea Butter for your face or hair? I made some Whipped Shea Body Butter recently and LOVE it and was wondering how well it is for face and hair as I have read it is beneficial for both...Thanks,
queenmama1
I don't use shea on my face as I've been told in comedigenic, but after slathering on my feet and hands at night right before bedtime, I always run my hands through my hair with what's left on my hands. I think it's a good treatment.
HelenW
I have been putting pure Shea Butter, mixed with a little Shea Oil, on my face every morning and night for the past year. I wish I had started doing this in my 30's, but I didn't. Love it.I don't use shea on my face as I've been told in comedigenicWhat exactly does this mean?

HeavenScentU
I love shea butter and use it all the time. I do use it on my hair when I am just sitting around. I even put the butter on my female dog she loves her tummy and paws rubbed...
CareBear
When I work with shea I have to be very very careful not to even touch my face or hair - it clogs my pores and I get awful zits, and leaves my hair sticky even after I wash it.But it's great on my hands and heels. mystical_angel1219
Hair, yes. Shea is great, but Monoi de Tahiti is even better.Face~ not usually. I love shea for all over the body, but not the face.
