cwuer Posted November 14, 2007 Share Posted November 14, 2007 so often when I offer to make a candle for a gift and I ask them what scent is their favorite they said "I love cinnamon." But just a straight cinnamon is kind of boring and when I give out one my candles I want it to be memorable. Can some of you share your favorite complex cinnamon scents; Ones that are definitely cinnamon but throw in some middle and base notes for a more complex smell. Thanks in advance for you help. Sharon in PA Posted November 14, 2007 Share Posted November 14, 2007 I don't think Harvest is a straight cinnamon, it's definately the more predominent note, and it's not bakery... you could re-name it...There's also Sage and Cinnamon, WSP's is very strong... debscent Posted November 14, 2007 Share Posted November 14, 2007 Cinnamon Sandalwood by Candle Source is great, Sage & Cinnamon from WSP is a dead one dupe to Yankees, Cinnamon Balsam from Peaks is great, but more Balsam and Christmas Bazaar from Tennessee is Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Clove and is a great cinnamon type without being too bakery.
