Pam
Any of the candle supplies places like Bittercreek will have black candle dye. They have it in either liquid, chips, of a powder. I know that Peaks have it too.Pam F

grama
Like everybody said above, all candle supply places will have it but with the liquid dye I never could get a true black. Maybe the whole bottle:undecided :undecided :undecided I remember seeing on a post about using the chips or blocks, they said they gave better black. I have never tried them though. hth

SatinDucky
I use liquid from Peaks. If the black you try doesn't quite look true, you can add a bit of the opposite color to balance it. For example, if it has a green tint, add a bit of red, etc. Works for me with chips or liquid.

fredron
True black is tough with liquid dyes. I'd start with the block color. All I ever get with the liquid is a very dark grey.Fredron
