DJCTLS
I made a candle in a Christmas tin, 3.5 diameters, I used a 51 then a 60 zinc core wick which didn't burn right. Now I am burning with a 62 zinc core wick and it still doesn't seem to be big enough. What did I do wrong?
barncat
how is it not burning right? How long are you testing it for?
ChrisR
You more than likely need to double wick with that diameter container.
kimmeroo
Sometimes the candles catch up after 2-3 burns,,are you loking for a full melt pool right off the bat? You are better off double wicking if that is what you are lookig for.HTH! Kimmeroo
