Hibiscus
Practice with pancake mix, flour and water, cake mix or whatever you can simulate a somewhat thin to medium trace with. I think it's a good idea to be familiar with your recipe so you will know how much time you have to play. I have added some practice pictures for ya:) All you need is the above mixture and skewers or chopsticks and food coloring. Now go swirl something... OverSoyed
That made me chuckle... and I needed it.... I'm having a bad day! I can imagine that happening though.... you do something for so long, it takes part in some part of everything else you do. Been there, done that! Since I've been making soap when I make cakes now I always end up swirling something in it lol. Hubby tells me your not making soap hehehe. Hibiscus
What a great idea! A lot cheaper than making soap!StephExactly! I want to play with my soap more often but I've chosen to leave it mostly plain or layer it every now and then. I think I might make some swirly soapies for my family though:)
beau's mama
Thank you, my sweet little flower, for this tip. Lord knows I'm struggling in the swirl department!I usually get expired flour from my sis & use it to make scented rocks. Now I've got another use for it
