chrisstine Posted May 11, 2008 Share Posted May 11, 2008 HI,i am making some pies with wax and fruits, but as the support of the fruit, i put some gel to use it as a glue.... but the gel absorbe the color of the wax fruit, so the gel take the color of the strawberries and make my wax strawberries white.... what can i do, to use the gel and the wax, without lose the color of my fruit wax.... pls help me. Swiecarz Posted May 12, 2008 Share Posted May 12, 2008 It might be helpful to store the embeds in your freezer before using them, and/or try pouring the gel a bit cooler. Twoscentsworth Posted May 13, 2008 Share Posted May 13, 2008 If you are making your own embeds add UV inhibitor to them, add some UV to your gel and also color your gel the color of the fruit.
