cybersix
Hi, I made a bunch of firestarters, with apple and ocean poutpourri. Some of them are going in my fireplace, but if I want to sell them, how can I price them? And how many should I sell together? about packaging? I was thinking about simple transparent little bags..TIASabrina
ebcandles
I havent sold any yet but I was thinking of pricing them at 1.00 each or 3 for 2.00 in a clear cello bag.

lindsaycb
Mine are XL pinecones dipped in wax & coated with cinnamon...since they're pretty cheap, I'm thinking $.25 each. They can brown bag up as many as they'd like.Reminds me, I need some brown bags...
cybersix
thanks lindsay, I was considering .. 1 euro each too much... so I'll do 0.50 or 0.25 now I'll take a look at some sites (american sites, here in italy I'v never seen a firestarter with wax!)Thanks! Michi
I'm gonna do some smaller cones also, and was thinking of .25 ea. or so many for $3 or whatever, haven't really sat down and thought it all out yet. I'm also just going to through them in a big basket so they can pick them out themselves and put them in brown lunch bags with my label on them. Bev
I make mine in paper cups (similar to the ones you put mints or nuts in at a wedding reception). They are bagged 6 to a package and sell for $3 a package.
