Soapymomma
This is not one of those beautiful swirls I see in the totally from scratch soaps on this board, but is my version of a soap with more that one special additive and more than one color.Soapymomma

MsDammit
that should be halloween soap cuz I see scary faces on the soap all the way to the left (first picture with 2 bars).
Soapymomma
Wow, I never noticed that. Guess we better try those with an orange on black and offer them in Oct. LOL! I'll call them haunted charcoal or something. Takes talent to pour something like that don't cha think?LOL!Soapymomma
Candybee
I like the way the charcoal makes the soap look. Very nice!
motherhues
charcoal is always so striking in soap! those look great Does the charcoal make the lather black?
Soapymomma
The lather can be pretty light -- just grey or it can be really dark black that covers the skin with black lather. That is a little strange to be honest. It all depends on how much charcoal is added to the soap.I find it a little drying too, so we usually add shea butter to it too. It is a really great soap actually.
