My2Scents
I've read that RRD wicks are directional, flowing better in one direction than the other. But what if you have a spool? How do you know which direction is correct? They don't have lines or a "V" like ECO and HTP wicks. Can't seem to find anything on this. Circle
I love RRD wicks for natural waxes in containers. IMO they are no different to other wicks for direction, they burn all the wax if you have the right size wick.
Meredith_D
Candlesandsupplies told me that the loose end goes down. I hope this makes sense.

Stella1952
Here's what Wicks Unlimited has to say about RRDs... they indicate they are directional, but do not say how to tell...http://www.wicksunlimited.com/wedo_RRD_wicks.phpYou might want to drop them an email with your question. EricofAZ
Bump. This is what I'm talking about. What direction?
Misty
Well, I use RRD wicking in my natural wax pillars. It is spooled, and I wick the pillar mold with the loose end going into the mold. So it is going to be the top of the candle. I certainly am not going to unspool it, so it must be right since my pillars burn fine.
Stella1952
This is what I'm talking about. What direction?Best suggestion for an accurate answer is to contact Wicks Unlimited or Wickit with your question.
