Faerywren
I bet any of the Rain scents would be hits, too. Those are nice and clean and SPA smelling.~Julia
Darbla
Since its a tanning salon, I say tropical, coconuty, fruity, bamboo, and ocean / sea scents. If it were a massage type spa, I'd say aromatherapy type scents (lavender, stress relief, etc.).

Debra Phelps
I have had candles in several salons, tanning salons, spas, etc. One wanted all natural smells, like lavender , orange, etc. The tanning salon wanted beachy scents. Others wanted them to match their decor. But thru the years, I have found that what is good sellers at the time, is the ones to buy. It doesn't have to match the salon. If that town is into Buttercream, that is what will sell.
Darbla
I had another thought on this: the customers are already smelling coconut and fruity scents in the tanning oils they use, so I'd want something different in the candles. So if it was me, I'd go with ocean / sea scents for variety and to create more of that 'beachy' atmosphere.
