RWV
I have tested more than 10 different plumerias and they all smell like the B&BW dupe (or similar to it). I have a plumeria tree and when I'm lucky and it blooms, I get to smell the real thing and the B&BW dupes do NOT smell like the blooms on my tree. Does anyone know if there is a true plumeria scent out there and if so, where would I purchase it? Thanks all!
nay2120
Peaks has been the best I have ever used. It smells so true, and just wonderful. I don't normally care for floral scents.
glittergirl
You might try aromahaven.com . The plumeria from Longwycks is great as is Steve's at the candlemakers store.
countyline
I would love to know, too. I went to Hawaii on my honeymoon and got to smell the real thing. I will never forget that smell, nor will I ever stop trying to find it. It is definitely not B&BW version!!
RWV
Hey Countyline, when I find a scent that smells like my blooms on my tree, I'll be sure and post. I've been looking for years and have yet to find a realistic plumeria. The B&BW dupe smells good, just nothing like true plumeria.
NewOrleansLady
I use Cajun's and I've held it up to my plumeria and it's damn close!
