I took flat rate priority boxes, used of course :rolleyes2 , taped them together and made this:Then I painted them and they looked like this! sudsnwicks
Wow, what a great idea! Especially for those of us on a shoestring budget. I had thought of using boxes as risers, but couldn't quite figure out how to do it. Now I know. Besides painting them, I think they might also look nice if you wrapped them with gift wrap. Will have to experiment with this next year. Thanks for posting these photos, they are a big help and inspiration!
Alajane
Are those 3 standard size boxes or did you cut them somehow to make them fit? I haven't seen the sizes that were all the same length.TIA,Jane

I haven't seen the sizes that were all the same length.TIA,JaneI used 4 boxes I think to make 2 stands. So a full box for the bottom, the middle and top cut incrementally. They are all the same sized box (flat rate).
Alajane
They looked like they were complete boxes, so I was curious about finding those sizes! Thanks for the info.Jane

Candle Man
That is a great idea! You could also cover them with paper or fabric and Modge Poge (MP) as the glue also use the MP as a sealer on the outside so they are stiff and easy to clean.
