chuck_35550
I'm looking at the acrylic slab and log molds. Can you put acrylic in the oven? They suggest 10 minutes at low heat for an easy release. I guess not? The prices seem reasonable and the shipping is free. My Kelsei is starting to crack and I'm ready for something new but have never heard anyone talk about these molds. TIA Steve
chuck_35550
Seriously? Bump, nobody has any feedback on these molds? Hmmmm. I'm so tempted to try these out. Thanks anyway,Steve
soapbuddy
I have acrylic molds from SoapHutch. He says that you can put them in the oven on low, but I'm not willing to take that chance. I have seen melted acrylic molds from someone that did put them in the oven (albeit a higher temp). If I want my soap to gel, I use a heating pad instead. chuck_35550
Thanks Irena. That's what I thought and it seems the literature may have mentioned heating pads as well.
Scented
I'd love the clear molds if I only had the space to put them. Good to know Rich is still at it.
