SouthernGal
(JMHO) I got a sample of this last week. I haven't put it in wax 'cuz oob smells a lot of grapefruit. I was surprised it was so citrusy. It's a nice smell but with the word "cider", I was expecting something different. I really need to put it in wax to see if the other notes come alive. coconut
It has a nice tart smell, more pomegranate than cider. Give it a try.
Candybee
There's definitely a strong tart note so I'm mixing it with Macintosh apple to bring out the sweetness. Calling it Pomegranate Apple Cider. Going to market test the combo this fall so I'll let you know if it sells for me. I like it but you never know. Pomegranate scents are kind of iffy selling for me. Karen M
I used to sell a lot of mulled cider, so I was just looking for a different cider scent. It sounds so good, I think I will try it. Pomegranates are tart so it must be dead on, maybe I will mix it too. I used to sell a lot of TN pomegranate in candles, but times have changed. Thanks for the replies
LadyJo
I have some in clamshells. Haven't tested them in a warmer yet to see how the HT is but the CT is awesome. Same for me with the scent. More pomegranate than cider.
ChrisR
I actually mix this 50/50 with mulled cider for a great scent!
Candybee
I'm not surprised. The apple pomegranate cider I mixed came out lovely. Seems its a great mixer. The macintosh apple I used gives it a bit of sweetness and compliments the pom. Its a more fruity cider blend with a hint of spice. I am liking this combo. debscent
Nice scent, not much cider in it to my nose. I made tarts with it, and at 6% it's a bit strong. Haven't tested the candle yet.
Monvi33
I love this scent it does not have a lot of cider, but the pom is fantastic, and it is super strong!
redquilt
I too love this scent in paraffin tarts. It a nice change from the usual sweet, fruit scents. But does anyone know if this is similar to Yankee's Pomegranate Cider? I'm sure I've smelled Yankees version, just don't remember what it smells like. lilcountrymama
I love this scent does have more Pomegrante to it but I think its a relaxing scent and when you breathe it in has anyone notice it has a cooling sensation in your nose
