heirloomoriginals
I was looking for a cheap version of a mold to try a bigger batch of CP in and I thought of a dry wall tray (the kind you put the paste in to scrap it onto the wall). I bought one yesterday at the hardware store for $5.00. I haven't had the time to estimate how much it will hold but here are the dimensions:14"L x 4 1/2 " W x 3 1/2" HIt is slightly tapered, but I think it will work. it is plastic.Steph
heirloomoriginals
Okay, I had to look up the formula for figuring how much the mold might hold and it is around 4.8 pounds. Of course, that is filling it to the top. I think I might try around 4 pounds.Steph

Bunny
I use the metal versions of those to soak my incense sticks in!

jwahlton
Another "cheap" thing to use are boxes! I still use the same shoe box for 3+ years now for small slab batches. Pringles cans are great for test batches too
