msant
At this time I make strictly Soy/beeswax candles. I am a little overwhelmed with all the different companies that offer product liability. I did some research on the IndieBeauty insurance but I don't know if it's a good insurance that they offer. Can anyone share the insurance they use? Again I am looking for strictly candle making. I make them at home and would sell online and at local crafts/farmer's markets/shops.Thank you! Also I am in Florida. Paul
Call your current insurance agent. If they don't carry the business insurance you need, they can refer you to someone local who does carry it. I think you would be much happier dealing with an agent you can meet face to face, and a company that will have to abide by your state regulations. Although I'm interested in hearing what anybody else has to say about their out-of-state insurance companies. I wonder how well some of them handle claims?
